We started Matchbox Sauna with one purpose: to offer a place where people can step out of their busy minds and into a practice that restores. Heat, cold, and nature are the foundations of our wellbeing, and sharing that experience with others is at the heart of everything we do.
Alongside our sessions here on the land, we also take Matchbox Sauna on the road — to retreats, festivals, workplaces, community gatherings and private events. Wherever we set up, the experience stays the same: heat, nature, and a moment of calm carved out of everyday life. A small ritual, shared or solo, that leaves you clearer, lighter, and reset.

Our public sessions accommodate up to 10 people, creating a welcoming and shared space to relax, unwind, and experience the benefits of contrast therapy with our sauna and cold plunge. Whether you’re new to sauna or a regular, it’s the perfect way to escape the elements and recharge.
For those looking for a more personal and uninterrupted experience, our private sauna sessions offer the perfect retreat. Whether you’d like to join us at our base or have the sauna brought to your chosen location, we’ll create a calming, restorative space just for you. Optional massage treatments and tailored wellness add-ons can also be arranged to make your session even more special.
